The pneumatic diaphragm double-seat control valve adopts a double-guidance structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It features a compact structure, lightweight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient assembly and disassembly. It is widely used for precise control of media such as gas, liquid, and steam, maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level at specified values. It is particularly suitable for media that are not very clean, where a relatively large pressure difference is allowed, and a relatively large leakage rate is acceptable. This series of products includes various types such as standard type, bellows-sealed type, and jacketed thermal insulation type. The nominal pressure ratings of the products are PN10, 16, 40, and 64; the valve body diameter ranges from DN20 to DN200. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -200°C to 560°C, with multiple grades within this range. Leakage standards are Class II or Class IV. Flow characteristics are either linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of types and specifications are available for selection.
