High-Precision Control Valve Design:
The small-flow, high-precision control valve independently developed by SEVICON consists of a valve body, valve seat, valve cover, throttle plate, valve stem, oil-free bushing, packing, and sealing ring. The valve seat seal is located inside the valve body, and the throttle plate is installed at the lower end of the valve seat. The valve stem passes through the valve cover and connects with the valve seat. The oil-free bushing is installed inside the valve cover, closely attached to the valve stem. The packing is located at the upper inner side of the valve cover, and the sealing ring is set at the connection between the valve body and valve seat, which reduces leakage and improves the accuracy of the control valve. The SEVICON pneumatic high-precision control valve addresses the technical issues of poor sealing performance and low accuracy in existing flow control valves. Equipped with the SOLDO SQ70 explosion-proof valve position feedback device, it can be used in conjunction with the on-site DCS system and safety barriers to achieve accurate feedback of valve open and closed positions.
The SEVICON high-precision pneumatic control valve has been widely applied in special gas delivery, supply, and recovery systems. It can achieve high-precision regulation of gas flow, ensuring stable gas supply during the process, and improving system operational safety and control accuracy. The high-precision control valve can be designed according to user needs as either a pneumatic high-precision control valve or an electric high-precision control valve. Both types feature valve bodies made by CNC precision machining, with structural designs as previously described. The actuators utilize pneumatic diaphragm actuators or electronic electric actuators. Depending on accuracy requirements, accessories such as Siemens positioners and imported electric actuators can be employed to ensure the entire product set has high precision and low leakage, enabling safe and stable operation in various mixed gases and liquids. 1. SOLDO SQ70 Inductive Proximity Valve Feedback NAMUR Signal Ground Wire Diameter Selection
Data Cable: Required to be greater than 2.5 mm²; if the length exceeds 0.5 meters, it is required to be greater than 4 mm². YD/T5098-1998.
Power Cable: When the phase wire cross-sectional area S ≤ 16 mm², the ground wire uses S; when the phase wire cross-sectional area is 16 mm² ≤ S ≤ 35 mm², the ground wire uses 16 mm²; when the phase wire cross-sectional area S ≥ 35 mm², the ground wire is required to be S/2. GB 50054 Article 2.2.9.
