The SEVICON valve control box is a product used in conjunction with the electric device. It is used to control the opening and closing of the electric valve, and can realize the long-distance control of the electric valve in the control room.
1. Fix the valve control box on the bracket;
2. According to the schematic diagram of the valve control box and the wiring diagram of the electric device, connect the valve control box and the electric device with cables in accordance with the corresponding terminal numbers; Connect the three-phase and four-wire power supply to the L1, L2, L3, and N terminals of the valve control box respectively;
3. Turn the conversion switch on the panel to "On-site" and check that the wiring is correct before powering on. The "Power" indicator on the panel will light up;
4. When manually moving the valve to the middle position, connect the "Open" or "Send" button and check if the valve\\\'s opening and closing direction is consistent with the button. If not, switch any two phases of the three-phase motor wire;
5. Refer to the instruction manual for the valve control box device and complete its debugging;
6. Press the "On", "Off", and "Stop" buttons respectively to check if the pointer of the opening meter is normal; If the direction of the opening indication and the implementation switch is opposite, adjust the potentiometer wires of 202 and 204. Check whether the opening meter is full of scale when the valve is fully open. If there is any error, adjust the "Adjust" button on the panel to make it full of scale. The red light flashes during valve opening, and it keeps on when it is in place; The green light flashes during the valve closing process, and it keeps on when it is in place;
7. "A13" and "A11" are opening contacts for remote control, and "A43" and "A41" are closing contacts for remote control.
Description about the valve control box: The control box is a three-phase and four-wire system with input voltage of 380v, 50hz; The valve control box and the valve control box can realize the conversion of "on-site remote control". "On-site" refers to the operation of the control box; "Remote control" is the automatic connection of 24v switch signal: internal supply of 24v E (module power supply), B terminals "4" and "8" form a circuit to close the valves, and "6" and "8" form a circuit to open the valves; When 24v voltage is supplied externally (the provided switching signal is 24v electrical signal), the B terminal "7" is connected to the 24v "-" terminal of the external supply signal source, the "" "8" conduction valve is closed, and the "" terminal and "6" conduction valve are opened. All above are inching controls. Please short-circuit the B terminal "8" and "5”if continuous control is required. It does not provide a "DCS" function.
