The pneumatic high-precision control valve body includes a valve chamber, within which there is a valve seat. A valve core is positioned on the valve seat, and the bottom of the valve core is equipped with an adjustment hole. Radial through-holes are arranged circumferentially along the middle of the valve core, with each radial through-hole communicating with the upper side of the valve chamber on the valve seat. The valve core adopts a plunger and needle structure, with the lower end of the needle core coaxial with the adjustment hole. A sealing plate is located in the middle of the valve core, sealing against the inner wall of the sleeve, and the upper end of the valve core passes through the valve cover.
During operation, the pneumatic high-precision control valve is driven upward by the pneumatic actuator, with the positioner receiving a 4-20 mA signal to control the valve opening. A gap forms between the lower end of the needle and the adjustment hole, allowing fluid to flow from the lower valve chamber through the adjustment hole and the flow holes in the guide plate, entering the upper valve chamber through the radial through-holes. The coverage area of the sealing plate on the core allows for precise adjustment.
The SEVICON pneumatic high-precision control valve can achieve multi-stage pressure reduction and deceleration. It reduces pressure initially through a necked-down nozzle and then further reduces it through throttling at the valve seat. This design can meet various operating conditions for high-pressure, low-flow regulation.
High-precision control valve design:
The small flow high-precision control valve independently developed by Shengweike (SEVICON) consists of a valve body, valve seat, valve cover, throttling plate, valve stem, oil-free bush, packing, and sealing ring. The valve seat seal is located inside the valve body, and the throttling plate is positioned at the lower end of the valve seat. The valve stem passes through the valve cover and connects with the valve seat. The oil-free bush is placed on the inner side of the valve cover and is in close contact with the valve stem. The packing is situated at the upper end of the inner side of the valve cover, while the sealing ring is installed at the junction of the valve body and the valve seat, reducing leakage and enhancing the precision of the control valve.
The SEVICON pneumatic high-precision control valve addresses the technical issues of poor sealing performance and low precision found in existing flow control valves. It provides accurate open and closed position signal feedback in conjunction with the field DCS safety barrier signals.
The SEVICON high-precision pneumatic control valve has been successfully applied in the supply and recovery of special gases, ensuring accurate gas usage on-site to meet customer demands for various special gases.
The high-precision control valve can be customized to meet user needs, available as both pneumatic and electric high-precision control valves. Both types feature CNC precision machining for the valve body, with structural design based on previous descriptions. The actuators used include pneumatic diaphragm actuators and electronic electric actuators. Depending on precision requirements, accessories such as Siemens positioners and imported electric actuators can be utilized to ensure high accuracy and low leakage for the entire system, allowing for safe and stable operation in various mixed gases and liquids.
