SEVICON Ultra Pure Y-Filter description:
As a high-performance filtration device, SEVICON Y-filter is widely used in all kinds of ultra-purity and cleanroom environments, providing users with efficient and reliable filtration solutions.The Y-filter is a piping system device for transferring medium, usually installed at the inlet end of valves, pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, level control valves and other equipment.Its main role is to remove particulate impurities in the medium to protect the normal operation of equipment and valves.
SEVICON Y-filter has the advantages of simple structure, small resistance, convenient drainage, etc. It is applicable to a variety of medium, such as water, oil and gas.

Structure of SEVICON Y-filter:
1.SEVICON Y-filter: It consists of a Y-shaped straight-through tube body, a built-in cylindrical strainer, end caps, etc., see Figure 1.
2.Telescopic Y-filter: It consists of a Y-shaped straight-through tube body, built-in cylindrical filter, end cover and telescopic section.

The structural length of SEVICON Y-filter:
1.The length of the structure and the amount of telescoping shall be in accordance with Table 1.
2.Recommended structural lengths are preferred, other structural lengths should be specified in consultation with the customer or as required by the contract.
3.The deviation of structure length should meet the criterion of Table 1 in GB/T12221-2005.

Special painting and appearance for SEVICON Y-filter
1.The surface of all parts should be clean and smooth, there should be no cracks, sand holes, burrs, adhesion and other defects affecting the use.
2.After cleaning the ultra-pure filtration device with DI water and high oxygen water, the cleanroom can reach CLASS 10.
