Descriptions for SEVICON ZDHM electric single seated, globe cage valve

Electric single-seat, globe cage control valve, accept the direct current signal from the regulating instrument, changing the flow of the regulated medium, so that the controlled process parameters are maintained at a given value, which is widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, textile, pharmaceutical, paper and other automation control industries. The nominal diameter of this series is from 20 to 200mm and nominal pressure is 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, 6.4MPa. The working temperature ranges from -40 ℃ ~ 450 ℃,with 0 ~ 10mA DC or 4 ~ 20mA DC acceptance signal, which is suitable for electric single-seat regulating valve in low differential pressure and viscous medium or impurities. Electric globe cage regulating valves are suitable for applications with large differential pressure.There are metal-metal and non-metal-metal seals for the sealing part of the valve, the latter one meets the VI class (zero leakage) standard when the valve is closed.There are 2 sealings, one is regular seal and the other is bellows seal. The former is used for general occasions, the latter is for important occasions which require unallowable external leakage. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. There are two types of actuators: general type and electronic type. A wide variety of specifications are available.

Features of SEVICON regulating valve

1. The valve body is designed according to the principles of fluid dynamics with equal cross-section low flow resistance flow path, and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.

2. Large adjustable range, inherent adjustable ratio is 50, flow characteristics in linear and equal percentage.

3. Electrical globe cage regulating valve plug is equipped with upper and lower pressure balanced holes, low unbalanced force, good valve stability, strong interchangeability for globe cage, high operating differential pressure.

4. The regulating cut-off type adopts a soft-seal structure spool, reaching Class VI leakage standard (zero leakage).

5.The servo amplifier utilizes deep dynamic negative feedback, which improves auto-adjustment accuracy.

6. The electric operators are available in various forms for 4~20mA.DC or 0~10mA.DC.

6.The electronic control valve can be directly controlled by the current signal valve opening, without servo amplifier.

7. Bellows-sealed control valves form a complete seal against the moving valve stem to prevent fluid leakage.
