These valves use a double-eccentric disc with a spherical sealing surface and a one-piece flexible lip seal seat, making them suitable for situations that require reliable sealing and good regulatory performance. Thanks to the double-eccentric disc design, the valve provides tight sealing and an extended service life. It can be used for quick shut-off or flow regulation. The products are suitable for transporting liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines. With special selection, they can also handle special media such as chlorine, oxygen, high vacuum, sulfur-resistant, or corrosive substances. There’s also an option for a fire-safe design. Connection methods can be wafer type or lug type single flange design for large diameters and end-of-line pipelines.
Since this product\'s butterfly valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric design principle, the spatial motion trajectory of the sealing surface achieves an ideal path, resulting in no friction or interference between the sealing surfaces. Moreover, with properly selected sealing materials, the valve\'s sealing performance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance are reliably ensured.
