Overview of SEVICON ZDHM Electric Single-Seat and Sleeve Control Valve:

The electric single-seat and sleeve control valve receives a direct current signal from the regulating instrument and adjusts the flow of the controlled medium to maintain the controlled process parameters at a given value. It is widely used in production automation control in industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum, light textile, pharmaceutical, and paper industries.

The nominal diameter of this series of products ranges from 20 to 200 mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 450°C. The accepted signal is 0~10 mA DC or 4~20 mA DC. Among them, the electric single-seat control valve is suitable for occasions with relatively small pressure differences, higher medium viscosity, or minor particulate impurities. The electric sleeve control valve is suitable for situations with larger pressure differences.According to the material of the internal sealing components, there are metal-to-metal and non-metal-to-metal seals, the latter of which can achieve leakage grade VI (zero leakage) when the valve is closed. Based on the packing type, there are general packing seals and bellows seals; the former is used for general situations, while the latter is used for critical situations where external leakage is not permitted.
